At New Directions, we believe in recognising the hard work, dedication, and passion of our team members – and what better way to do this than with our annual company conference. This year’s event, held on the 29th of November, was an incredible occasion that gave us the chance to reflect on everything we’ve achieved together, celebrate our wins, and look ahead to an exciting future.

A Day of Reflection and Achievement

The conference was a great opportunity for everyone at New Directions to come together, share their experiences, and look back at the milestones we’ve reached over the past year. We couldn’t be prouder of our staff and all that we’ve accomplished as a team. From expanding our services to improving the lives of the people we support, it’s been a year full of hard work and outstanding achievements.

Shining a Spotlight on Our Businesses

As always, our diverse range of services and businesses are at the heart of what we do, and this conference was the perfect occasion to highlight some of the fantastic work happening across New Directions.

Checks Direct has had an exceptional year, with significant improvements in its screening and background check services. Thanks to the team’s dedication and attention to detail, we’ve been able to provide faster, more efficient services to our clients, keeping them safe and compliant.

New Directions Education has continued to go from strength to strength, offering vital educational support to schools and learners across the region. Our staff’s commitment to finding the right people for the job, whether it’s a supply teacher or a support assistant, has made a real difference in classrooms everywhere.

Lambourne House, where our head office lives, along with a coworking, office and event space, has had a great year. We’ve been busier than ever, and our offices are officially now all full! We’re incredibly excited for this achievement, and we can’t wait to see what the next year brings.

Finally, ND Care & Support has been as dedicated as ever to making a real difference in the lives of individuals who need it most. Whether it’s through home care services or support for those with more complex needs, the team has worked relentlessly to improve the quality of life for their clients, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
