New Directions features in the Insider

The Business Insider magazine recently hosted a round table discussion that focused on growth opportunities, challenges, skills and motivation, and we were delighted to be invited to take part.  

Gary Williams, our Group Sales Director, joined the exclusive event with 10 other business leaders, from a variety of organisations including Bluestone, Acuity Law, BGF and Castell Howell Foods to name just a few.

He provided his insight on New Directions’ plans for the future, and how we had to adapt during the pandemic. 

When discussing motivation, Gary said: 

“Embracing the new normal is motivating me and many of my colleagues. Like many, we embraced working from home and have really enjoyed the benefits of offering agile working to all our staff. Coming out of lockdown, we were able to revisit our staff rewards and recognition, and still have a huge focus on their wellbeing and mental health. We invest in our people!”
