Leading a new direction in recruitment
New Directions is ready to recruit candidates into the world of executive and professional services with the launch of its new division.
The award-winning recruiter has 28 years’ experience in recruitment and training across the education, social care, domiciliary care and pharmaceutical sectors, and is now adding corporate support services to its expanding portfolio.
As of December 2022, the dedicated team of four recruiters are ready to recruit high-calibre candidates into executive, professional and business support roles.
Lisa Redmore-Elliott, Head of Commercial Recruitment, said: “We’re thrilled to be branching into corporate support services, an area which spans so many disciplines which aren’t sector specific such as HR, Procurement, IT, Facilities, Finance, Marketing and much more.
“We have a good number of clients with roles ready to be filled, so if people are starting to think about a change of career or a new job for the New Year, then get in touch. We know businesses are crying out for talented individuals for key roles so don’t delay. ”
Lisa heads up the team which has more than 56 years’ combined experience in recruitment. The recruiters will be based in New Directions’ head office in Llanishen, Cardiff but will hire for clients spanning the UK.
“We’ve built great long-standing relationships with our clients in education, pharmacy and healthcare for whom we fill specialist roles, so when it came to supporting roles naturally, they would ask us if we could help. We noticed that there was a demand in finding quality candidates for these roles.
“If our current clients need support when recruiting for key business support roles, then we know others out there will also have the same type of recruitment needs, so we’ve created a division committed to this style of recruitment to work with clients from a range of settings and leave our other specialist divisions to do what they do best.
“Experience, expertise, and passion for recruiting these kinds of roles were at the forefront when staffing the team for this new division, who have more than 50 years’ experience between them across several sectors, so you’re in safe, knowledgeable hands”, added Lisa.
