I began my professional journey in the rail industry, working as a PA and Team Organiser. However, I eventually transitioned into the field of recruitment, supplying talent across a variety of sectors. After nearly three years in this industry, I thoroughly enjoy what I do! The satisfaction I get from assisting individuals start their journey and achieve success is unparalleled. This can only be completed by building strong relationships with both new and existing clients and candidates, as it enables us to achieve the desired results collaboratively.
Megan Davies
My career began when I undertook an apprenticeship as a business administrator, specialising in the recruitment of Nurses and Healthcare assistants. After successfully completing my apprenticeship, I transitioned into the role of a recruitment consultant and gradually expanded my expertise across various sectors within the recruitment industry. Over the past four years, I have had the opportunity to recruit talent for diverse fields such as industrial, commercial, manufacturing, nursing, and the public sector. This breadth of experience has allowed me to gain valuable insights and develop a comprehensive understanding of different recruitment domains.
Donna Chaney
My professional journey started in the public sector/NHS and subsequently transitioned into the field of recruitment, where I have dedicated the past 17 years of my career. Initially specialising in nursing recruitment, I decided to expand my understanding and knowledge around alternative sectors such as manufacturing, industrial, and commercial. I enjoy pairing exceptional candidates with remarkable job opportunities and collaborating with some of the finest clients throughout the UK. I’m thrilled to be a part of the Commercial team.
