New Directions Kit Out Newport School
Pupils at St Julian’s High School in Newport were delighted to receive a new kit sponsored by New Directions Education. The 6th form team regularly play inter-school matches and for a long time have played in an old kit, with many of the substitutes not having football jerseys or shorts as well socks. Jennifer Kibbler, Account Manager from New Directions met with some of the pupils to unveil the new kit and pose for a few photos.
Mr Thomas, Head of House, said ‘We are very grateful for New Directions’ kind gesture in sponsoring a new kit. Having a new kit and looking the part is important and has given the boys a new lease of life. I’m sure the team would want me to pass on their thanks to all concerned’.
Jennifer who presented the kit to the team added ‘As a business we get involved in supporting secondary schools across South Wales. Of course we offer recruitment and training solutions to ensure that school staff is at an optimum, but we also want to support the students. After a wonderful summer of sport in 2012, we are now reaping the rewards within schools. More students are getting involved and feel inspired to take part in team and individual pursuits’.
New Directions Education was appointed as preferred supplier of staff to the education sector in Wales in 2012. The business continues to evolve to support their partner schools, to help ensure that the future of education in Wales continues to thrive.
