We are looking to recruit for Qualified Teachers and Teaching Assistants within the Forest of Dean area to supply our growing demand from local Primary Schools.
New Directions is able to offer flexible part-time or full-time hours to suit your requirements, competitive rates of pay and free training courses to support your professional development. Whether you are:
- A student due to qualify in child related studies
- Retired from the profession and looking for work just a few days a week
- Volunteering at a school as you can’t find paid work
- Looking for short or long-term work
Supply teaching offers exciting and varied work, giving the opportunity to pick up tips and techniques which you will be able to utilise throughout your career. We need people who are adaptable in their approach and have the ability to hit the ground running. If you are looking for a long or short-term role then supply work is the ideal opportunity to impress and show initiative. We often offer regular placements in schools which will allow you to form relationships with students and staff.
Prior to the open mornings, applicants are welcome to contact Jenny Lambert on 01432 623515 and we will be able to discuss the type of work you are looking for, what you need to bring with you for registration and to arrange an appointment. Alternatively please feel free to call in for some help and advice.
