May 2014 Employee of the Month, Sarah Craft

Sarah Craft has been awarded the ‘Employee of the Month’ award for May 2014, Sarah was nominated by her Account Manager Laura Bosomworth.  Laura felt compelled to nominate Sarah after receiving extremely positive feedback from a number of schools where Sarah has worked.

Laura commented “Sarah is always up and ready in the mornings and answers the phone with a positive attitude. She is always well received at schools, who are grateful that she arrives at school and gets stuck into the daily routine. Although living in Carmarthenshire, Sarah has also accepted work all over Pembrokeshire, Swansea and Neath and Port Talbot. With these three Counties having signed up to the All Wales Agreement, her flexibility has been invaluable in helping us fill tough bookings at short notice.”

Alisha Bird, Branch Manager at New Directions added “Laura nominated Sarah based on feedback from schools and also her own experiences of working with her, Sarah was awarded the prize this month because of her quality and positivity, she is always willing to help and her flexibility has been invaluable. Choosing just one winner is difficult with the high calibre of staff we have working for us. We would like to thank Sarah for her all her hard work.”

Sarah has chosen to receive New Look vouchers as her reward and they are on her way to her.
