About the speaker
Steve has worked as part of the New Directions Training Team since 2006. He brings a wealth of knowledge to our team and is renowned for his professional yet personable approach to training. A behavioural training specialist, Steve has worked to support schools across the UK who are keen to develop a highly-skilled approach to the subject.
In his role within our organisation, Steve works directly with schools and colleges to help to understand their training requirements. By liaising closely within the education community he is able to adapt his approach to training delivery based on the bespoke requirements of each school or college.
