History Teacher St. Helens ASAP £31,650 – £49,084 (PAYE – No Umbrella Company)
This good Secondary School based in Sefton are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated History Teacher to join their progressive team. This will be a short term role starting in September through until end of academic year. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and committed to achieving the best results across both key stages. Evidence of achieving successful outcomes at KS3 to KS5 is desirable and ECTs will be considered for the post.
As a History Teacher you’ll be expected to:
Hold a PGCE and UK QTS
Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges.
Maintain discipline.
Lesson Planning and overseeing parents evenings
Be enthusiastic, flexible, creative and ambitious
Have a passion for teaching secondary History
To deliver History to groups of pupils from all abilities across ages 11 – 18 according to their educational needs and levels of ability.
The Successful History Teacher must have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Expereince Of Teaching History
Knowledge of the National Curriculum
Able to provide Referees.
An up-to-date DBS Check (or be willing to obtain one)
Eligibility to work in the UK.
