We are working with a cluster of primaries in Chester who are looking to appoint an Intervention Support Teaching Assistant. In this key role, you will provide high-quality support across the schools, including:

• Supporting English and Maths interventions for children across the primary phase.
• Promoting high standards of achievement and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Covering planned and unplanned teacher absences by delivering lessons in line with the curriculum and school policies.

The successful applicant will work flexibly across all year groups, from Nursery to Year 6, supporting children of varying abilities, including those with special educational needs.

We are looking for:

• Someone who holds high expectations for all children and is committed to their success.
• A flexible, adaptable individual who is happy to teach all classes and subjects.

To apply the candidate must have:

• Knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Able to provide Referees.
• An up-to-date DBS Check (or be willing to obtain one)
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
