A Level Politics & History Teacher Liverpool ASAP £31,650 – £49,084 (PAYE – No Umbrella Company)
This good Secondary School based in Liverpool are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Politics & History Teacher to join their progressive team. This will be a long term role starting ASAP through until end of academic year teaching politics with history to KS3 and KS4. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and committed to achieving the best results across both key stages.
As a A level Politics & History Teacher you’ll be expected to:
Hold a PGCE and UK QTS
Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges.
Maintain discipline.
Lesson Planning and overseeing parents evenings
Be enthusiastic, flexible, creative and ambitious
Have a passion for teaching secondary History and Politics
To deliver History to groups of pupils from all abilities across ages 11 – 18 according to their educational needs and levels of ability.
The Successful Politics & History Teacher must have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience Of Teaching History
Experience of Teaching Politics
Knowledge of the National Curriculum
Able to provide Referees.
An up-to-date DBS Check (or be willing to obtain one)
Eligibility to work in the UK.
