Are you a caring and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) looking to make a positive impact on young learners? Experience in supporting English as an Additional Language (EAL) students and aiding in learning is advantageous for this role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support a Year 1 student one-on-one, providing tailored assistance to enhance their learning experience and development in the classroom setting.

Role Requirements:

Teaching or classroom assistants are now vital resources for teachers and are heavily relied upon in schools.

  • Provide support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities
  • Assist class teachers with maintaining student records
  • Support students with emotional or behavioural problems and help develop their social skills
