What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
🔹 Proven experience supporting pupils with PMLD
🔹 Understanding of specialist strategies and communication methods (e.g., PECS, Makaton, sensory learning)
🔹 A nurturing approach and adaptability to meet individual learning needs
