Role Overview:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teachers and students across a range of subjects. Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in delivering lessons and providing individual or small group support to students.
Help students improve their subject knowledge and academic skills in key subjects.
Support students with special educational needs or additional learning needs.
Help prepare and organise learning materials and resources.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
Encourage students to take an active interest in their learning and build their confidence.
Assist with classroom management and ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
About You:
We’re looking for a recent university graduate with a passion for education and a desire to support students in their academic growth. Ideally, you will have:
A recent degree in a relevant subject area (e.g., English, Maths, Science, History, etc.).
A keen interest in pursuing a career in education or supporting young people.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Patience and empathy in working with students with diverse learning needs.
Previous experience working with young people is a plus but not essential.

Teaching, Learning or Classroom Assistants are now vital resources for teachers and are heavily relied upon in schools.
We specialise in recruiting Teaching Assistants (TA) who are qualified in the following;
NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant

As a teaching assistant you’ll be expected to:
Assist in the educational and social development of pupils under the direction and guidance of the head teacher, ALNCO and class teachers
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Programmes (IEP) for students and help monitor their progress
Provide support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities
Assist class teachers with maintaining student records
Support students with emotional or behavioural problems and help develop their social skills.
