Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students, helping them work towards their individual learning and developmental goals.
Assist teaching staff with classroom activities across a range of subjects.
Work one-to-one or in small groups to offer focused support where needed.
Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEND), ensuring they are fully engaged and progressing within the classroom.
Help manage classroom routines and behavior to maintain a calm and focused learning environment.
Contribute to lesson preparation and provide feedback to staff on pupil progress.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience supporting children in a school setting, particularly those with individual learning or behavioural needs.
A proactive, caring, and patient approach to working with young learners.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to adapt to the needs of different students and year groups.
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
