Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-class support to teachers and assist with daily learning activities
Work one-on-one or in small groups with pupils, delivering targeted support based on individual learning needs
Foster a positive and respectful learning atmosphere, encouraging positive behaviour
Assist students with Special Educational Needs (SEND), ensuring inclusive participation in all activities
Help prepare engaging resources and contribute to lesson planning where appropriate
Communicate effectively with teaching staff to monitor and support student progress
What We’re Looking For:
A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility, initiative, and the ability to adapt to different classroom settings
Previous school-based experience is desirable but not essential
A current enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
