Aylburton Primary go iPad ‘Appy’
New Directions Education in Hereford have been working in partnership with Aylburton Primary to raise funds for their ICT provision. The school are looking to invest in up to date technology in particular iPads.
The school is committed to ensuring that they provide their pupils with relevant technology skills which are vitally important for the children’s future prospects. Aylburton Primary prides itself on being an innovative school. Jennifer Lambert Account Manager at New Directions went to visit the school to find out more about the initiative and to pledge support from New Directions with a donation to the fund.
Jennifer Lambert, Account Manager at New Directions Education commented “ICT in schools is at the heart of the curriculum in schools these days, it is vitally important that children are given the opportunity to learn about technology in the classroom, investing in iPads means the pupils have access to modern technology and these skills can be transferred later on in life”.
