New Directions are delighted to have been successful in winning the recent All Wales Agreement and we are looking at building our pool of supply cover staff.

One of the key recommendations contained in the Welsh Government efficiency and innovation report ‘Buying Smarter in Tougher Times’ resulted in New Directions Education being awarded the Master Vendor Service Provider for education staffing needs throughout Wales.

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible individuals who can be available for various hours on a weekly basis, short or long term to join our team.

We are recruiting for:

  • Welsh Medium Teachers
  • Teachers
  • Newly qualified Teachers
  • Teaching Assistants
  • Nursery Nurses
  • Lab Technicians
  • IT Technicians
  • Caretakers
  • Ancillary Staff/Office/administration Staff

Registration Days

  • 19th November at Aberystwyth Council Office
  • 20th November at Pembroke Job Centre
  • 26th November at Cardigan Job Centre
