I chose New Directions to supply my supply teachers as they are the preferred supplier for Wales. They always enable my school to have the same excellent staff. They have helped me by filling long term bookings and by always contacting my preferred teachers for bookings. When I have specific problems or needs Shannon my account manager meets these accordingly, such as invoicing bookings separately.
The highlight of working with New Directions is that there is always somebody at the end of the phone to assist in any staffing situation.
