My Blue Nose Friends’ Britain’s Best Friend Competition
Not every 12-year-old would know how to care for a friend recovering from a kidney transplant and a car accident which broke her leg.
But Ffion does and her efforts have been rewarded with the Britain’s Best Friend crown.
The youngster was given the special award by Britain’s Got Talent street dance duo Twist and Pulse in a surprise presentation at St Cenydd School in Caerphilly.
Out of 1,000 entries, Ffion was chosen as the winner of My Blue Nose Friends’ Britain’s Best Friend competition after being nominated by her best friend Ella.
St Cenydd School assistant head Maria Cook said:
