Our Support Programme is designed to help you succeed during your induction period and beyond. Whether you’re an ECT (Early Career Teacher or an ) NQT (Newly Qualified Teacher), you’ll be paired with a dedicated Account Manager who will work closely with you to find your ideal teaching role. We’re here to support your continuous professional development, guide you through your induction period while on supply, and ensure you’re on the path to becoming the best teacher you can be.
With 35+ years of experience in the education sector, we’ve built strong relationships with schools across the UK. This allows us to offer a wide variety of primary and secondary school placements, giving you plenty of options to find the right fit for your teaching style and ethos.

What can we offer our Newly Qualified Teachers?
- Personalised Support – You’ll have a designated Account Manager who will support you throughout your induction, making sure you have the guidance and resources you need during your supply placements.

Free CPD (Continuous Professional Development) – Our ECT/NQT Support Programme gives you access to a range of online training, webinars from industry experts, and seminars. You’ll also have the opportunity to attend accredited courses like Behavioural Management, Mental Health First Aid for Children, and Mindfulness & Wellbeing.
Local Placements – With offices across the UK, we’re committed to finding you work in local schools. Each local authority has a dedicated account manager who has built strong relationships with schools, so you’ll have the best chance of securing a role near you.
Flexibility – You can manage your own diary and update us with your availability through your account manager or online portal. There’s no set number of days you need to work, and we’ll accommodate your availability as best as we can.

Online Web Portal – View your bookings, timesheets, payslips, and availability all in one convenient online portal, making the admin side of things hassle-free.
Annual ECT/NQT Event with Industry Experts – We host an annual event for ECT/NQTs, where industry experts lead bitesize sessions to share their knowledge, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask any burning questions you may have.
