This outstanding Secondary School based in Liverpool are looking for a progressive and supportive English teacher to join their team. This will be a long term role starting immediately and will continue into the new academic year. We are looking for a strong and enthusiastic English teacher who can deliver inspiring lessons across KS3, KS4. Applications from ECTs are warmly welcomed and induction support will be available.
As a English Teacher you’ll be expected to:
Hold a PGCE and UK QTS
Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges.
Maintain discipline.
Lesson Planning and overseeing parents evenings
Be enthusiastic, flexible, creative and ambitious
Have a passion for teaching secondary English
To deliver religious education lessons to groups of pupils from all abilities across ages 11 – 16 according to their educational needs and levels of ability.
The Successful Drama Teacher must have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience Of Teaching English
Knowledge of the National Curriculum
Able to provide Referees.
An up-to-date DBS Check (or be willing to obtain one)
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Passionate about teaching English
