We’re seeking reliable and attentive Exam Invigilators to join our supply team. This role offers flexible, part-time hours during exam seasons, perfect for individuals to earn extra income on a temporary basis.

As an Exam Invigilator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth, fair, and secure environment for students during exams. Working in a range of schools, you’ll help supervise exams, distribute and collect exam materials, and ensure students adhere to exam regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Set up exam rooms and distribute exam papers and materials.
• Monitor students during exams to ensure a calm environment and prevent cheating.
• Ensure exam regulations are followed, reporting any irregularities
• Assist with timekeeping and ensure exams start and finish on schedule
• Collect, organise, and securely return completed exam scripts

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent attention to details and strong observation skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to remain calm under pressure
• Good communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervising
• Flexible availability, particularly during peak exam periods
• Prior experience in an education setting is a plus but not required
