About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Supply EYFS Teacher to join our team, covering various primary schools across the Manchester area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early years education and be committed to providing a nurturing, engaging, and dynamic learning environment for young children. This role offers flexibility, making it perfect for those who enjoy variety in their teaching practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering planned lessons to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Creating a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes the development of each child.
Providing clear and effective instructions, maintaining good classroom management.
Monitoring and supporting children’s progress, ensuring that all children are included and challenged.
Working collaboratively with school staff to ensure smooth transitions between lessons and a consistent learning experience.
Adapting lessons to meet the diverse needs of young learners.
Communicating with parents and carers as necessary, ensuring a positive and supportive relationship.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (EYFS-specific qualifications are a plus).
A passion for teaching and working with young children in an EYFS setting.
Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood development.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
A positive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work in different school environments.
Enhanced DBS check (or willing to apply for one).
Previous experience working with EYFS children.
