Position: EYFS Learning Support Assistant

Contract: Full-time, Starting ASAP (Ongoing on a week-by-week basis)
Join a dedicated team at a primary school in West Kirby as an EYFS Learning Support Assistant. Key Responsibilities:
– Assist the EYFS teacher in creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment for young learners
– Support individual students in their social, emotional, and academic development within the Early Years Foundation Stage
– Collaborate with colleagues to implement engaging activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and exploration
Requirements:
– Experience working with young children, preferably in an early years or primary school setting
– Understanding of child development principles and a patient, nurturing approach towards supporting young learners
– Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
