Are you a skilled Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with experience working with Key Stage 2 students on a one-to-one basis and a knack for supporting students with challenging behaviours? A welcoming primary school in Chester is seeking a compassionate individual to join their team starting ASAP until the February half term in 2025. This position is part-time, running from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.
Key Requirements:
– Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, particularly with Key Stage 2 students
– Ability to effectively support students with challenging behaviours
Role Responsibilities:
– Work closely with a Key Stage 2 student on a one-to-one basis
– Implement strategies to support positive behaviour and academic progress
– Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to ensure the student’s needs are met
