A primary school in Bromborough is seeking a dedicated and caring Learning Support Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a Year 4 student. This part-time position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on a student’s learning journey starting immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
– Work closely with the Year 4 student on a one-to-one basis to provide academic and emotional support
– Assist the student with completing tasks, assignments, and activities as directed by the class teacher
– Implement strategies and interventions to help the student achieve their learning goals
– Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for the student
– Communicate effectively with the class teacher, SENCO, and parents regarding the student’s progress
Requirements:
– Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role
– Ability to build positive relationships with students and create a nurturing learning environment
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
– Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting the educational development of students
