In this role, you will be supporting a Year 6 student with challenging behaviour, providing personalised assistance and guidance to help them succeed academically and socially in the classroom setting.
Requirements:
– Proven experience working with students exhibiting challenging behaviour
– Ability to establish a positive rapport with students and provide effective support
– Strong behaviour management skills
– Flexible and adaptable approach to meet the student’s needs
