Key Responsibilities:
– Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities for children in Foundation Stage 1
– Assist students with their learning and social development, promoting independence and a love for learning
– Create a safe and stimulating learning environment that enhances children’s curiosity and exploration
Requirements:
– Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent
– Experience working with young children in an educational setting, preferably within the Foundation Stage
– Passion for early years education, with a caring and patient approach towards supporting children’s individual needs
