Position: Part-Time Level 2 Teaching Assistant (Foundation Stage 2)
Hours: 3 Mornings per Week (Exact Days to be Confirmed)
Duration: Until Summer 2025 (Immediate Start)
Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant eager to support young learners? We are looking for a caring and skilled individual to join a primary school in the Wirral as a one-to-one Teaching Assistant in Foundation Stage 2. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact in a child’s early educational experience!
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide dedicated one-to-one support for a Foundation Stage 2 student to enhance their learning and development.
– Assist with the implementation of tailored activities and learning plans in line with the Early Years Framework.
– Foster a nurturing, engaging, and supportive environment that promotes a love for learning.
– Collaborate with the class teacher and other staff members to monitor progress and adapt support strategies as needed.
– Encourage social interaction and communication skills through play and structured activities.
Requirements:
– Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
– Experience working with young children, particularly in a one-to-one setting.
– A patient, empathetic attitude with a genuine desire to support children’s growth and development.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
