Position: NQT Supply Teacher
Location: Various Schools Across Flintshire
Contract Type: Flexible – Day-to-Day, Short-Term, and Long-Term Roles
Start Date: September 2025

About the Role:

As an NQT Supply Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a range of schools, delivering high-quality lessons and supporting students across different key stages. This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to gain experience in diverse educational settings, while making a positive impact on students’ learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum and ethos.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment, ensuring students are engaged and motivated.
• Provide feedback on students’ progress to the relevant staff and parents.
• Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of all students.
• Adapt to different teaching environments and be flexible to the needs of the school.

What We’re Looking For:

• A newly qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Passion for teaching and enthusiasm for making a difference in students’ lives.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new settings and work collaboratively with staff.
• DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
