Leading our dedicated nurture provision, supporting pupils who face social, emotional, or behavioral challenges within a safe, structured, and caring environment. Job Specification
Have experience working with children, or adults, with additional needs
Be a qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with a strong understanding of SEMH, trauma-informed practice and inclusive education.
Able to support children of all abilities.
Support pupils to transition successfully between the nature base and wider school environment.
Responsibilities of the role included but are not limited to:
Have excellent communication skills.
Be able to build strong relationships with students and staff.
Be encouraging and supportive.
Understand the principles of the Boxall profile and or/ the Nature Group approach (training can be provided)
Ensure the safety and well-being of the student.
