Our outstanding Secondary School in Sefton is seeking a progressive and supportive Spanish Teacher to join their dedicated team starting in November until February half term. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic educator who is keen to inspire and engage students across KS3 to KS5. As a Spanish Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and engaging lessons that inspire a love for the Spanish language and culture. You will support students in developing their linguistic abilities, and help them improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Our school prides themselves on there inclusive staff and friendly environment.
As a Spanish Teacher you’ll be expected to:
Hold a PGCE and UK QTS
Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges.
Maintain discipline.
Lesson Planning and overseeing parents evenings
Be enthusiastic, flexible, creative and ambitious
Have a passion for teaching Spanish
To deliver religious education lessons to groups of pupils from all abilities across ages 11 – 18 according to their educational needs and levels of ability.
The Successful Spanish Teacher must have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience Of Spanish
Knowledge of the National Curriculum
Able to provide Referees.
An up-to-date DBS Check (or be willing to obtain one)
Eligibility to work in the UK.
