Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Teaching Assistant Belle Vale Full-Time £425-£475 Weekly Pay (PAYE – No Umbrella Company)
New Directions Education are looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant for a School based in Belle Vale for a Long-term role.
The school is very low level behaviour and enjoyable place to work. If successful, you will be required to support children who suffer with Social, emotional mental health issues. Although the role is based around education support, due to the children’s personal needs, they require consistent mentoring, motivating as well as maintaining an empathetic approach.
Responsibilities of the role included but are not limited to:
Have excellent communication skills.
Be able to build strong relationships with students and staff.
Be encouraging and supportive.
Have a positive attitude towards teaching and aiding children development.
Ensure the safety and well-being of the student.
Job Specification
Have experience working with children, or adults, with additional needs
Ideally hold a L2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
Able to support children of all abilities.
Have a positive and ambitious attitude to learning.
