Location: Longsight

Salary: £600-1100 per week (PAYE – No Umbrella Company)

Job Overview

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher of Maths to join one of our esteemed partner secondary schools in Longsight. This role is starting in January 2025 on a long term term basis until the end of the academic year.

As a teacher of Maths you’ll be expected to:

• Hold a PGCE and UK QTS
• Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges.
• Maintain discipline.
• Lesson Planning and overseeing parents evenings
• Be enthusiastic, flexible, creative and ambitious
• Have a passion for teaching secondary Maths

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Essential.
• Experience: Proven experience in teaching Maths at secondary level is preferred, though highly motivated newly qualified teachers are also encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for sports.
