Anica was my line manager, I was only employed as a casual member of staff initially as an invigilator, I had not worked for a couple of years prior to me starting with ND Education, but I decided to go back to work, I have to say I was a little nervous getting back out there as I’m of a certain age. Anica was so supportive and encouraging and was actively looking for permanent work for me for which I was very grateful. I have now found myself a permanent role, having built up my confidence which Anica was a big part of. I’d like to thank ND Education for all their help and support. My highlight of working with ND was meeting new people and the flexibility.

Lauren is very attentive and responds as fast as possible to any queries I have had; no question is too silly! She has a lovely personality and is easy to get along with; couldn’t have asked for a better account manager to support me in finding local supply work!

It’s so easy to book supply work: I like the texting system it’s very current and easy to respond to a request, rather than having to answer a phone call when potentially unavailable. I also like how accommodating Lauren and the rest of the team have been, particularly when I have asked to be booked in for supply work in a particular school that has reached out to me personally.

Relationship with contact: Lauren always does her best to please the candidate and client. She provides me with regular work in schools where I enjoy working.
