Kirsty is efficient, helpful and communicative. I am glad to have her help with scheduling and booking my placements as it has made working a lot easier and hassle-free.

I enjoy working with children, so am pretty satisfied with the work itself. Besides that, the staff at New Directions are warm and friendly.
