I have worked for New Directions for 3 years. During that time my Account Manager has always been professional and cheerful on the phone and although we’ve not met face to face, I feel she knows me, and my circumstances/work requirements. If ever I have a question my Account Manager is always quick to answer – either in person or by email. Thank you to my Account Manager and the rest of the ALN team. Being on supply has its challenges, but having a good relationship as a team makes it easier.
