I am currently working for New Directions and have been for just over a year. I have always been given regular day to day work when not in long term placement. My Account Manager is very reliable and easily contactable and always keeps me updated whether by phone call, text or email with other new work opportunities if not already in a long term placement. The communication between my Account Manager and I is very good and if there is ever a problem, she is always there to help.

The highlight of working with New Directions has been the long term placements and gaining new work opportunities.
