I have worked with New Directions for nearly 1 year. All the staff have been very friendly and helpful. When I didn’t have a permanent contract I would speak to someone at least once a day. All the staff are very easy to talk to and always try to find work that is convenient for me.

The highlight of working with New Directions has been constantly being in work.
