Having worked for New Directions over the past year I have always found the staff extremely helpful and reliable. I have my own dedicated account manager and he keeps in regular contact and is working ‘for me’ aiming to get me as much regular work as I want. He constantly keeps me informed of what is available and always passes on any feedback from schools which I find very helpful.

For me, the highlight of working for New Directions is the regular employment within one school which has resulted in me obtaining a permanent contract.
