My account manager is always professional, polite and friendly. Since joining New Directions Education I have found that Jen always tries to find suitable work in schools which are close and convenient, taking into consideration my year group preferences. This was one of the main reasons I chose New Directions  Education, previously I was finding it difficult to get placements in schools in my local area with another supply agency. As a result, New Directions Education is a company that I feel happy in recommending to other teachers and I have recently done so to a family friend. My Account Manager is amazing! Ella Blythen always provides me with work and is always updating me on any upcoming placements.

She boosts my confidence and believes in me which is great. With many companies, you just feel like a number but Ella makes you feel really appreciated. She’s professional but also understanding and talks to you in such a friendly manner. For example; if she knows you had an exam in university or something, you can guarantee she will ask how you got on, that’s what I love about Ella being my Account Manager.
