I have worked as a supply Teaching Assistant at New Directions for coming up to 4 years now, with the majority of that time working part time whilst I have been in university. Ella has been brilliant in understanding my circumstances and been extremely supportive of my studies whilst also helping me find work whenever I am available. Ella keeps in contact regularly to offer me work when I am available and ensures that the positions I cover are the perfect match for me and what I feel comfortable with.

Working for New Directions has allowed me to discover my passion for working in education, a role which I am seriously considering pursuing in the future, whilst also allowing me to continue my studies at university.
