I have been working as a Teaching Assistant for New Directions Education for over 10 years and during this time I have had a few account managers. However since just before the pandemic started Garth has been my only contact, he is an extremely helpful and competent person. I realize that he has been working from home but this has not hindered his ability to find me suitable placements and I have not felt that my health has been put at risk when returning to work within schools. I’m also extremely grateful to Garth for his help to sort out my furlough pay for January  and February this year.

Natasha Cruse has been our school liaison for the past few months now and she is an absolute credit to New Directions.

She’s not only highly professional in how she deals with our school (on a daily basis sometimes) but she has shown innovation in her practices, making my life as a cover coordinator in school much easier. She is incredibly reliable, (and sad to say that has not always been my experience when dealing with supply agencies). She is enthusiastic and always happy  to help solve problems when we have them.

I cannot speak highly enough of Natasha and the work that she has done with us. Solely due to Natasha’s work, New Directions is now our school’s preferred supplier for daily cover.
