🔍 What we’re looking for:
Trained in Positive Behaviour Management, including any of the following:
PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression)
PBM (Positive Behaviour Management)
MAPA (Management of Actual or Potential Aggression)
TEAM TEACH
PRICE (Protecting Rights in a Caring Environment)
Or equivalent recognised certifications
Full UK driving licence – essential for travel to services and supporting outings
Experience in support work, mental health, or similar care environments
