🧡 About the Role:
As an Adult Support Worker, you’ll provide essential care and support to individuals with a variety of needs – including learning disabilities, autism, or physical/mental health challenges. Whether at home or out in the community, your role is to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Your duties may include:
Supporting with daily living skills like cooking, cleaning, and personal care
Accompanying individuals to appointments, activities, or social outings
Helping with medication and maintaining health routines
Building trusting relationships and encouraging personal growth
Your ability to drive allows you to connect people to their communities, open new opportunities, and truly make an impact.
