About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our dynamic teams, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours. Using PBM techniques, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals develop their skills, build independence, and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
• Implement PBM strategies to effectively manage challenging behaviours.
• Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and community engagement.
• Encourage independence and support individuals in achieving their goals.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in line with regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other team members.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Support Worker, particularly in PBM.
• PBM training and certification (or willingness to complete training).
• A caring, patient, and empathetic approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
• A valid driving licence (preferred but not essential).
