New Directions Pharmacy is proud to support not one, but two Pharmacy Awards in 2022 and we’re introducing a new category for both; Locum of the Year!

As one of the pharmacy sector’s leading recruitment and training providers, we’re thrilled to celebrate the contributions Locums have made to communities across the country.

Independent Pharmacy Awards

The Independent Pharmacy Awards are being held at the House of Commons in London on Friday 30 September 2022. 

This is the first year they’ve introduced the Locum of the Year Award category and we’re so happy to support and celebrate Pharmacy Locums in this way.  

Entrants are reviewed by a team of sector experts who are handpicked by the Independent Community Pharmacist’s editorial team. The awards provide a fantastic opportunity to network with the Pharmacy community and the inspirational finalists are invited to join the Pharmacy sector’s most influential individuals.

It’s free to enter and you can nominate yourself or a colleague. Closing date: Monday 18 July 2022. 

Welsh Pharmacy Awards 

The Welsh Pharmacy Awards are being held at the Vale Resort in South Wales on Wednesday 7 September 2022. 

We’re delighted to support their Locum of the Year Award, which is being introduced for the very first time to honour the amazing achievements of Pharmacy Locums in Wales. 

From the innovative efforts to overcome COVID-enforced barriers to care, to the dedication and sacrifices upheld by Pharmacy staff every day, Locums have gone above and beyond in recent times.
